2-Night Campus Stay

Stay on campus for the main CYBYE weekend while still receiving the convenience and community of our official room block.
If your schedule allows, however, we strongly recommend arriving Thursday for the complete experience.

Have a complimentary CYBYE ticket? Your room reservation matters.
If your CYBYE admission was included complimentary through an eligible From Craft to Cash program, offer or benefit, an official CYBYE room reservation is required to claim that complimentary event ticket.
We want to be transparent: while your ticket may be complimentary to you, your attendance is not free for us to produce.
Our hotel commitment is an important part of how we're able to provide this experience and extend complimentary admission to eligible members of our community.

What airport should I use?
Please fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Airport Code: ATL
This is the primary airport for Atlanta and the airport we recommend for CYBYE attendees.
Do not accidentally book a smaller regional airport assuming it is the main Atlanta airport. When searching for flights, look specifically for ATL.
How far is the resort from the Atlanta airport?
Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort is approximately 26–27 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
Driving time is typically around 30 minutes, but Atlanta traffic can affect travel times, so please give yourself extra time when planning your arrival and departure.
Should I arrive Thursday or Friday?
Thursday. Definitely Thursday. ♡
CYBYE officially takes place January 8–10, 2027, but we strongly encourage you to arrive on Thursday, January 7.
Arriving Thursday gives you time to check in, unpack, get settled, complete early registration, connect with other attendees, enjoy the pre-event networking experience, and wake up Friday morning refreshed and ready to go.
We will be starting early Friday morning, and we do not want your first CYBYE experience to be dragging luggage, checking into the hotel, rushing to registration, and trying to make the opening session on time.
Come Thursday. Get comfortable. Meet your classmates. Wake up ready for class.
Thursday travel may also give you access to better airfare options depending on your departure city, so we highly encourage you to compare flight prices before booking.
Is a shuttle provided from the hotel to the event venue?

Last year, CYBYE activities took place across several different locations. This year, we are making the experience much easier by bringing everything together in ONE location.
The great news is that Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort is both our hotel AND our event venue.
Once you arrive at the resort, the CYBYE sessions, activities, networking, and main event experience are all right there on campus.
At this time, we are not providing shuttle transportation between the airport and the resort.
If you are flying, you may use a rideshare, taxi, rental car, or coordinate with other CYBYE attendees.
We highly encourage our attendees to connect with one another and rideshare when it makes sense. It saves money and gives you a chance to meet a classmate before you even arrive on campus.
Once you are at the resort, however, you will not need transportation back and forth between the hotel and the event because everything is taking place at the resort.
Do I need to rent a car?
Not necessarily.
Because the hotel and CYBYE event are in the same location, once you arrive at Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort, you will not need a car to travel back and forth to event sessions.
If you are flying, you can use a rideshare or taxi to get from ATL to the resort. You may also choose to coordinate rides with other attendees.
If you aren't parking a vehicle, the parking charge would not apply to you. However, if you decide to rent a car or drive your own vehicle, please remember that standard hotel reservations may be subject to a $20-per-night parking fee. Guests booking through the official CYBYE package should refer to the room-package information on this page for the pricing and inclusions associated with their reservation.
Can I rideshare with other attendees?
Absolutely — and we encourage it.
Part of the beauty of CYBYE is the community. If you discover that other attendees are arriving around the same time, feel free to coordinate rides from the airport or drive together.
We will encourage attendees to connect with their Class of 2027 classmates before the event so travel can be easier, more affordable, and more fun.
Can I stay for only two nights?
Yes. Our two-night option is Friday, January 8 through Sunday, January 10. However, the Thursday-arrival three-night package is our recommended option for the complete CYBYE experience.
Why shouldn't I just book the resort online?
Make sure you're comparing the complete cost rather than simply the nightly room rate displayed online. The resort has confirmed that reservations outside of our negotiated CYBYE package may be subject to a $42-per-night resort fee, $20-per-night parking fee if parking a vehicle, plus applicable taxes. Our official CYBYE package gives you a clear package price without adding those separate charges to the prices shown here.
Is breakfast included with my hotel room?
Breakfast is not included in the hotel room package. The resort has on-site dining options where attendees can purchase breakfast and other meals.
Can I use a payment plan?
Yes. Both the two-night and three-night options have a three-payment plan. Your first payment is due when you reserve, followed by payments on October 1 and November 1, 2026.
Are room reservations refundable?
No. CYBYE room reservations and room-plan payments are non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from attending, From Craft to Cash will work with you to attempt to place another attendee into your reserved room because our negotiated room inventory is limited. However, replacement or transfer is not guaranteed.
I have a complimentary event ticket. Do I need to reserve a room?
Yes. Complimentary CYBYE admission provided through an eligible From Craft to Cash offer, membership or program requires an eligible reservation through the official CYBYE room block to claim the complimentary ticket.
I paid for my event ticket. Do I have to stay at the resort?
If you purchased your event ticket separately, we still highly encourage you to stay on campus so you can experience CYBYE without commuting, rushing or missing the additional connection that happens outside formal sessions.
Our days at CYBYE are 12–14 hours long. That's a full, immersive experience — and it's really nice to have peace when you need to change, relax for a bit, and not have to drive back and forth.
